Why are we using so much data?

Can anyone plz help me to figure out why all of a sudden my data usage is through the roof...my son has 22 pages of data usage as opposed to my 8 pages. What is he doing to use up all of our data? Plz help me

Instagram? Twitter? Youtube? Facebook? Pandora? Spotify? Hulu? Netflix? Watch ESPN?

The above are just SOME of the apps my daughters use which can add pages to data usage details AND GB to your data usage statistics.Smiley Happy

We're here to help! I know how important it is to be aware of how your data is used; thanks for being proactive about it. The number of pages for your son's usage does not necessarily imply he's use a lot more data than you; it may mean he has more frequent connections to the internet. The if his GB usage is extremely high, then it's his phone we'd have to look at. What type of phone does he have? Most phones have a data setting which can allow you to view what he's using. High usage is usually caused by video and music streaming, such as Pandora & Netflix.
