It sounds like your caller ID is blocked on your account. You could try to go onto your account to remove the feature.If that does not work, then call customer care.    My verizon-->my services-->my plan-->under additional features-->click add/remove features-->select phone line-->Scroll down to basic features-->Caller ID Blocking-->Remove-->Continue
