Sounds like you just got some bad reps. Did the 1st rep ever contact fraud or submit a fraud form for you?! Fraud would have to clear EVERY SINGLE ONE of those fraudulent charges.Your time would have been less wasted. You should not have to be dealing with this issues 9 months later.Smh
