Report bad service coverage- Where??

Where do I report bad or interrupted service coverage?  I am located in a large city and want to report a certain area that lacks 4GLTE and has poor 3G service.  This area is defined on the Verizon coverage map as having full 4GLTE.

How do you call when the issue is you do not have service and cannot make calls. that is an absurd answer. provide another means of reporting. you cannot say call with your lack of service, that is just closing your eyes and plugging your ears so you do not have the face the fact of your awful service.
