I made an error and blocked Text Messaging. In trying to rectify this issue, It seems like I need "An Act of Congress" to get some help. And how is that working for us? I'm so tried of big companies. I give up.

And you weren't able to simply sign into myverizon and remove the block? When you called in what was the problem with them simply removing the block? Being a little less vague may help.

ray6156, no need to get the legislation involved to remove the text messaging block from your line! I can help you. Just click http://vz.to/PLU3EP sign in and select "Set Service Blocks." You will be provided with the option to remove the text messaging block feature.
