Verizon Wireless are crooks

Verizon are crooks.  They have been charging me for insurance for the past seven months although I had declined it.  They even said it shows on my contract it was declined.  However, they will only refund three month's worth of charges.  I complained to the FCC.  Verizon has done this before and been fined by the FCC for doing so.  Verizon SUCKS

Be glad you are getting 3 months refunded - if you had caught this on the first bill you would not have had but one month to refund.  Not realizing you are being charged for insurance for 7 months is on no one but you.
