What the hell?! I looked at my bill yesterday and it was over $300!!! Apparently someone got themselves a new phone on my account and shipped it to an address that isn't mine. I've been on hold for over 1 hour and keep hearing "thank you for holding, you call is very important to us. the next available representative will be with you in a few moments" Really? Important? A few moments?!!! It's been an hour that I've been on hold.
The $260 you are charging me for allowing a fraudulent purchase on my account is very important to me. that my while I am waiting for help, I'm checking verizon's webpage while I wait a few moments.
the website contact does not work. This is torture. I'm sure verzion would like to get rid of me since I still have an unlimited dataplan.
Verizon, answer, pick up the phone. What am I paying over $100 a month for? to be on hold for an hour? Really.
