Does anyone know what I should do (if it's "after hours" with verizon) and my phone for unexplained reasons has completely frozen and responds to nothing, including powering off??
What kind of phone is it..? Some Androids you can Power Cycle them by pressing the power + Volume lower or Volume upper hold for about 25 sec. till the phone powers off then release the buttons..
