One thing I hate about VZW is they stand behind tbe whole "cannot guarantee service inside structures" mantra. If no vzw customer can get service nothing you can do. May I ask why do you need to use your cell at work? Is roaming turned on? If.you need it for calls forward your number to your office line. Utilize integrated messaging if you need it to text. Just my suggestions.
