This service is trash and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I had a bill due by Dec 14th, and they shut off my service. Fuck everything about this company's automation.

I think we are missing some info. If paid IN FULL, you would never be shut down.

Are sure about the Date the 14 of Dec.that is yet a ways off 16 day's to be exact.. Maybe the date should be Nov.14 at which B-1 is very correct in saying the bill should of been paid in Full.
