I have a buddy that works for Verizon and they are the most evil thing, if a rep gets a bad survey they get chewed out for it!  So if you give a rep a bad survey because they wouldn't give you the S4 for free, stinks to be them, although that's something that's impossible, there's no differentiation that the company makes.
