The biggest point you’re missing - what is being advertised and told to customers vs what you may have experienced are very different. Please don’t discount my experience and the similar experiences of others because they are different from yours. I like many others are well aware that the discount would be spread over time - when added together, it totals a sum, which is what was referenced. Others have been lied to as well and have stated so on other boards/posts. It sounds like you may have had a better experience and that’s great, but it’s unfortunate that others weren’t as fortunate. Please consider urging Verizon to treat all customers with the better service that it seems like you received instead of assuming that reports like mine are false based on what you experienced or what you were told.
