Has something changed with customer service?  I have been a Verizon customer for years and never had any major issues. I have been trying to call for a week and I am placed on hold every time. The other day I wanted to see how long it would last and it was over two hours when I finally decided to hang up. I have been doubled billed and can not get through to talk with anyone. Does anyone have a suggestion on what to do?
