You have gone from extreme customer service to "we really do not care" customer service.  I have called now three times to find out about replacing my T2000 home service with another option.  Your web site brings up the YEalink One Talk DECT phone bundle when I search under home phone.  No one on your end knows anything about it.  Your folks have tried to sell me another T2000, which is basically a piece of garbage.  On one call I was trasnfered five times and the last person I talked with knew the product, but did not want to help or even talk with me as they put me on hold and I hung up after being there20 minutes.  About the T2000, I do not need to replicate the incredibly poor experience I currently have.  Your cell service has continued to degrade in my neighborhood to the point that you placed an extender in my house, which does not always work.   Cell calls continue to drop out as well as calls coming in on the T2000, so the voip functionality of the Yealink is attractive, but no one can or will answer my questions.  I have attempted to make an appointment witn Robert in the Palm Beach Garden's store via text and even he will not reply.  I am sure this will result in additional revenue for you, but you do not seem to care.  How can I get some basic quesitons answered about what I am trying to do?  By the way, your service seriously terrible.
