Edwin_W, are you responding directly to me or the whole community? Your response was so confusing as I was never asked for a pin since the line disconnected as soon as I chose option #2. Also, I'm a child of the 21st century, so I know how to block spam calls - but thanks for your support. These particular calls are coming to ALL OF US directly from our Verizon Voicemail, so the calls cannot be blocked. How about trying to figure out a solution to this?
