I certainly understand why you'd want people who you call to know who is calling. That is my preference as well. We want to make sure you find the best solution here. In this case though that is Share Name ID which you can read about at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/share-name-id-faqs/ . That is the only option that changes this. In some cases though phones which aren't made to be used with our network don't work with some of our systems. In those cases there isn't always an alternative option to do what those systems do. We want to do all we can to help you find a solution though. Do you by any chance have a Verizon Wireless phone you could temporarily activate on that line to enable you to set up Share Name ID?
