Ohhh yes it is.  I know that a hard check will do a little score changing, but refinancing the home so its a great time as ever.  A few hits were just done.  One Brittney is tooooooo many Brittneys.  She should be let go and replaced with someone that can do a good job.  It's about principle and it's that simple.  A good company would have jumped right in and tried to fix it on the next call a few minutes later.  

And, AT&T just lowered my bill from $220/month for 4 phones to $150 for 5 phones.  That's a good savings.  That's what it's all about:)
