We'd always want to know if you were having trouble with a connection, and no one would want to see you go. However, when it comes to indoor coverage, no carrier can guarantee that in all areas. There's still a lot more we'd want to know about where you are when this happens, but have you considered using our free Wi-Fi Calling feature?
