There are several low hanging Verizon cables across my driveway. Those cables have been sagging lower and I think it does not meet the minimum vertical clearance anymore. Whenever a delivery truck comes into my driveway it hits those cable. I have reported this issue multiple times thru your website and phone calls since 10 years ago. When your installation guy was here (for internet connection service) we also told him about it. He said that he will report it ASAP. However, I have never heard anything about it from you at all since then.

Nohfam, we would never want to overlook the overall safety of any cable lines or equipment in your area. 10 years of reporting a cable line safety issue is an awfully long time and we take your feedback seriously.
As we can only address Verizon Wireless concerns via this forum, please either contact Verizon Communications at 800-837-4966 or reach Verizon Fios via the Facebook page here: http://spr.ly/6605E0L1U
We can then lift up this concern and have it addressed as quickly as possible. Thank you.
