My daughter and several of her friends, all have husbands deployed with the USMC.  Their husbands have had to call family members to have them notify their spouses that the phones on the ships are UNABLE to call "some" Verizon phones.  My daughter has spent HOURS with your customer support to no avail.  One of your "specialist" suggested writing letters!  This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!  These boys/men are deployed for 7 months and for them to be unable to talk to their wives is deplorable!

Please do not contact me suggesting silly remedies.  OBVIOUSLY, there is something in place that is preventing these men from dialing ship to shore to Verizon phones.  Unless you have a solution to this HUGE PROBLEM, I will not expect to hear from you.
