We are so happy to have you with our family petey100. I'm so sorry your kids are having issues with their data speeds. I know how frustrating it can be to have problems after joining a new company.I'm happy to hear you've already spoken with us about any issues in the area so that we can rule that out as the culprit. We also know it may be the devices or your plan because your phone doesn't have the same issues with data. Do you they have this problem when out of the home? Do you utilize WiFi when at home? What is your zip code? Although there were no issues when you called, we could have current reports and would like to check.
