The only reason I got a Verizon contract was because the people at Verizon told me payments will be reported to credit bureaus. I needed to build a credit history and figured this was a good way to do it. Here I am, 3 years later, and not one payment has been reported. I have contacted Verizon a handful of times, requesting that my payment history be sent to credit bureaus. No one from Verizon seems to want to help me with it and I'm starting to get frustrated.

Does anyone know what I can do? I have 3 years of timely payments that would look great on a credit report, I'm assuming.
