We always want you to have more than one option when purchasing a device, pool_shark. You do have the option of purchasing a device at full retail if you choose. All promotions are set up for device payments specifically. I can understand your concerns regarding the promotions. Since we are a phone service provider and not a phone manufacturer, all promotions will be geared towards monthly installments rather than one lump sum credit. We hope this information helps.
