Show a link where ATT is offering $200 off the top.  Att notoriously doesn’t do Black Friday.  They do BOGO deals, with bill credits.  The only deals are outside deals.

Best Buy has/had an offer off ATT phones, So has Samsung. 

And “why wouldnt I use Sprint or T-mobile?”  Because they have no coverage where I live.
