Last week I switched to Verizon from TMobile. I brought my own 2 phones, a Google phone and an iphone 6s. Theoretically,they are both unlocked, as I can make phone calls with both. I can NOT receive phone calls though. I can NOT receive any texts from anyone outside my family who are all on the same plan. I can NOT get voice mail.
Though I didn't changed anything, including phone settings, after switching, I checked them again and there is nothing that seems amiss.

Is it a Verizon thing or a TMobile left-over thing?
