When I use my Verizon cellphone to call a landline, suddenly my dead mother's name shows up! (Weirdly, it started the night I mentioned her in a storytelling performance onstage, and called my sister to tell her about it, so my sister saw my mom's name first...) My mother and I NEVER shared an account or a phone number, and 2 Verizon tech people have checked and her name is NOT anywhere on my account.

This has never happened before—till now, the name has always come up as my own. Now it's happening on any landline I call! Is this a glitch with the "LIDB" or a message from the grave??? Help!!
