Please keep in mind that Verizon Wireless does not create the applications. the developers of the application will be able to assist you with any issues. Instead of mailing to the developer, I would recommend calling or e-mailing them directly.

Lastly, I wanted to ask if you have checked for an application update? What model device are you using? Is your location turned on?
