So my friend is from the U.S., as am I, and we text each other all the time.  The thing is that he's going to Canada for the next two weeks on vacation, and we were trying to figure out if we can text while he's gone.  I was looking it up and saw the $0.20 charge or however much it is for incoming/outcoming texts to Canada, but does that only apply to texting phones of Canadians?  What I mean is that...is it different because he's really from the U.S., as is his phone?  Or is the fee the same either way?
