The only messaging plans available are:

5000 messages pluus unlimited mobile to mobile messaging  - $20

500 messages plus unlimited mobile to mobile messaging  -$10

250 messages  -$5

The 250 messages are total in and out on every U.S. provider. No unlimited messaging with verizon customers.  If you want unlimited messaging with verizon to verizon you'll have to upgrade to the $10 messaging plan.
