I completly agree, I have wasted hours on hold and chat just to be transfered and have to give out all my information again. If they find out you are not buying something that treat you like dirt. I was told I would get half off a new phone activation charge and it still hasn't happened. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, phone and cable, never missed a payment and get treated like garbage. They dont even offer an email address to get things straightened out. They assume we all have hours to waste on hold. Very dissapointed
