Thank you all for sharing your findings with us. We want to make sure you can continue to use the Message + app.

We would like to further investigate but we need additional information. Please confirm the following:
•Message+ just released a new version of the app (6.9.0). Verify the app is up to date.
• Please download the Message+ application on the desktop and see if the behavior persists.
•Please clear the cookies on the internet browser you are utilizing.
•Does the behavior persist with other computers or other internet browsers?
