I called and talked to a technician for over an hour. The technician wasn't aware that message+ was even available for the PC (Windows 10). We disconnected and reconnected, uninstalled and reinstalled, and a few other steps that I had already tried on my own half a dozen times.

He asked me to restart my phone and said that he would call me back. He never called back. This has been very frustrating!
