That is definitely not the Message+ experience that we want you to have, conundrum2k2. Are you completely unmuting the conversation on Message+? Here are the steps: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-209445/. Have you tried removing the contact completely and then re-adding it?
