What texting plan do you have? If you have a "bundle" plan (250 messages, 500 + UNL Verizon to Verizon, etc) then messages to her Bell mobile phone will come out of the allowance, whatever your bundle is. If you send/receive more messages than the allowance, they are billed at ten cents each.

If you have unlimited texting, then there is no additional cost.
