If you're using the desktop version of the forum, use the drop-down next to your user name at the top of the page and click Edit Profile.  Click Profile Info. and change your first/last names to your liking (what the community would see).  If you're unable to change them or prefer to change the user name, an administrator would need to change it for you, i.e.,
