So here we are 10 days after a lengthy escalation note was sent up from Verizon's Burlington, MA store. And no response as of yet. Still paying $28 a month. I'd be happy if Verizon honored the additional tablet and adjuted my contract to $18/month. Or to heck with it. Just give me the phone alone for $18/month. Whatever. Verizon sure is making out on this mistake. I would never have contracted this phone for $28/month. My S5 is still in perfect condition. $10/month for a S7 okay. Bit this whole experience is putting a bad taste in my mouth. A very disappointed 16 year Verizon customer here.
