We appreciate you reaching out to us, txman01. We want your phone working great after the update! There have been some rare cases of this trouble reported after the update. Please place your phone into Safe Mode using the steps below:
Power off Device
Press Power button and wait until you see Samsung logo.
Press and hold Volume Down button until device boots up.
Once the device completely boots up, you will see safe mode text in bottom left corner.
If it continues to reboot while it's in Safe Mode, then removing a few applications or completing a reset (Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory Reset) will resolve the trouble. If it does not continue to rebot, then use the Software Repair Assistant at http://vz.to/1t2u9zt to stop this pesky power cycling.
