Have you tried turning off the phone and removing the SIM card for a minute or so?  Then put the SIM card back in and power up the phone; allowing it to establish a fresh network connection may help.  If not, you may need a new SIM card; they're free at your local Corporate VzW store or by contacting Customer Service.
