I was told the update would be out this month. Whenever it comes out I just hope it resolves the data and voice connection problems. If not, Verizon will have lost me as a customer. I will just pay my early termination fee, throw my phone through their front door and go somewhere else. For the top of the line phone it has been a real disappointment in the performance department and that's why I have a smartphone to begin with.
