Thank you. I will look for the link and check out the "fine print" on the return policy. From the posts I've read around the net the policy is more like a guideline and depending on what store you visit and whom you deal with decides exactly how they handle some of the issues. Check out the filings on http://www.consumeraffairs.com/ you will be amazed at the stories these folks have to tell. I'm not for a minute suggesting that each and every person is telling the whole story exactly as it happened but after awhile you just have to start to wonder... perhaps if we had all the "good" experiences people have then we would have something to compare with.
