Thanks for responding. It's such a very simple question that I'm surprised you couldn't answer it immediately. Also you really shouldn't direct customers to the *611 option since the prepaid division is set up to be completely automated, thus saving staff and labor dollars. Unless you can give me the "back door" number, there is no way to actually ask a question to a live person. [Removed]
