If you have a postpaid account and the SIM card fits in the new phone, you can just move the SIM card from the old phone to the new phone.
If you have a prepaid account, you should call the prepaid customer service number at 1.888.294.6804 to get assistance with transferring your account from the old phone to the new phone.
