I have several prepaid phone for my kids and myself.  We all have the unlimited texting 10.00 plan.  I just purchased another Verizon repaid phone for my daughter's boyfriend for his birthday which also has unlimited texting.

Now when my daughter tries to text him its charging her .10 per message.  I do not understand what's going on.  Could someone please help.  I have tried contacting customer service but can't seem to get a live person on the phone even though they claim 24 hour/7 day a week service.

Help would be appreciated as to why just texting him is costing her money.
