I recently ported my old number from AT&T over to Verizon. I can text and receive texts and make calls but I can't receive calls. Apparently Verizon wants me to reactivate my old number with my old carrier for them to finish the process, which is not possible. It's terminated. I can't get ahold of a real person on the customer service line to talk about this issue because it keeps taking me back to the automated porting messaging system.
I am incredibly frustrated and have not been able to receive phone calls for over a week now. ¡Necesito ayuda!
Did you cancel before you ported? If so you have to reactivate the account so they can initialize the port fully which will cancel the AT&T account.
