We would never want to lose you over this concern, and I want to make sure your device is working properly since you said that the Glasswire app affected your phone. As for your data usage, I always turn data off and keep it that way unless I need to use it and I'm our of reach from Wi-Fi. I use GPS for an hour a day on my commute, and still never go over .5 GB with my Samsung Notes 9. Until we can get your phone back to normal, we can't address the data usage but I am certain using your device on a different network would produce the exact same results. Please send a PM so we can troubleshoot your phone and get to the root cause of your concern.
