Caller ID showing wrong name

I got a new line with VZW, and when calling another VZW line, caller ID is showing a wrong name.

Note that I have the prepaid line, so I have no access to Share Name ID. (This does not work: Go to My Verizon>Manage>Edit Share Name ID )

Can this be fixed?
