How can I add an existing Verizon customer to my plan?


I need some information and of course I cant get a rep to talk maybe someone in this forum can answer my questions.My husband and I have separate plans.... now that he does not need to have a plan for business I would like to add him to my shared family plan .Both contracts have just ended so we are both month to I have to renew my contract to do this ? do I have to change plans . He also wants to keep his number. We are both on nationwide plans and I dont want to change because I will lose my 4gb of data for $30 that I got on a special deal when I moved up to a smart phone.If I add his smart phone to my account what will it I just want some answers

bluebdee, if you would like to bring the line over from his account he would need to provide authorization to release the line. He can reach out to customer service at 800-922-0204 to do that. You would then complete the process by reviewing the customer agreement and contacting our Assumption of Liability Department at 888-832-4540. You can see the details here: .
