Re: 55+ Unlimited Plan is a Scam


My husband and I are having issues switching to Unlimited 55+ as well.  We are also from Florida and have been trying since November 2018, but every time we contact Customer Service they have no idea why the Plan is not showing up in our account.  Last time we talked we were told that perhaps Verizon was having difficulty confirming our age (we are both over 55).  We offered to send a copy of our driver's license but they declined. Our request was escalated (once again) and we were told that we should get a text from Verizon within 7-10 days.  Still waiting...
