Please note that once insurance is removed, your device will no longer be protected and you will have to pay out of pocket if your phone is lost, stolen, damaged, or want to utilize the cracked screen repair program. You can do so by going into your My Verizon app > Account > Add-Ons > (select the number in question) > Device Protection > Decline Equipment Protection. Please let me know if this provides the insight that you are looking for.
