Re: filed a lawsuit in district court. Incorrect information by verizon sales representative resulting Incorrect bill.

I called customer service. Written to verizon dispute department in

september. No Answer.

I work for a major corporation and FIOS representative was there. I

requested her to post it in the verizon presidential escalation.

I have spent more than 30 hours already trying to set this straight per the

agreement.

I did not had any other option as all my effort to resolve this is not

going anyware.

So i chose the district court as it did not move anyware.
